How big is the site?
United Properties has assembled an 8-acre site for redevelopment at the south-east corner of Penn Avenue South and American Boulevard in Bloomington.

What is included?
The first phase of redevelopment will commence in 2008 and will be a mixed-use project including:

• 100,000 square feet of retail space and restaurants
• 100,000 square feet of office space
• 40 – 80 units of housing
• A grid of four new public streets
• Structured and on-street parking

Who will the new tenants be?
The retail space will likely be occupied by a variety of shops and restaurants geared to the daily needs of the local community. We have also planned for a medical office building and a multi-tenant office building. We will announce specific tenants as they make commitments.  

What is the schedule?
We hope to begin eight-acre first phase of redevelopment in 2008. The actual start date will depend upon tenant commitments and final municipal approvals.
