How big is the site?
United Properties has assembled an eight-acre site for redevelopment at the south-east corner of Penn Avenue South and American Boulevard in Bloomington.

What is included?
The first phase of redevelopment will commence in 2010 and will be a mixed-use project including:

• 80,000 square feet of retail space and restaurants
• 20,000 square feet of office space
• 230 apartment units
• Structured and on-street parking

Who will the new tenants be?
The retail space will likely be occupied by a variety of shops and restaurants geared to the daily needs of the local community. We will announce specific tenants as they make commitments.  

What is the schedule?
We hope to begin eight-acre first phase of redevelopment in 2008. The actual start date will depend upon tenant commitments and final municipal approvals.
